If the needs are raised, the company will inform the customers of the third party for entrust and the scope of the services to get the prior consent. The users can always check or amend their personal information registered, and request the cancellation of joining membership.
To check and amend the personal information, users click ‘Amend personal information’ (or ‘amend membership information’) or ‘Cancel subscription’ (“Cancel membership” to withdraw the consent) to follow the identification process and can check, amend the information or cancel membership, directly.
Or users can contact the administrator of the personal information protection by mail, phone call, or e-mail, and the process will be immediately handled.
If you request the amendment of the personal information errors, the company will not use or provide the information until the amendment process is completed. Also, if the errored information is provided to the third party, the amendment contents are immediately offered to the third party to be corrected.
The company shall handle the personal information that is terminated or deleted upon user’s request according to the “terms of storage and usages of the personal information collected,” and manage not to be checked or used for the other purposes.
The company assigns the related department and administrator of personal information protection to protect customers’ personal information and handle the complaints related to the personal information as follows.
